Codeable provides software development, design, AI integration, and IT staff augmentation services. Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work (SOW) signed between Codeable and the client.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Codeable or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Client project deliverables are governed by the terms of the applicable project agreement.
4. Client Obligations
When engaging Codeable for services, you agree to:

- Make payments according to the agreed schedule

5. Confidentiality

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the project agreement. Codeable reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for violations of these terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
