The blog and News Desk at gocodeable.com are published by Codeable — AI-powered software development agency (Westford, MA + Lahore). This page explains how a post gets made, where its numbers come from, and what happens when we get something wrong.
How a post is made
Posts are researched and drafted with AI assistance. A drafting model works from a brief and a set of sources gathered for that post; a different model then reviews the draft against those sources and a written rubric; automated checks test every cited figure, link and claim. Then a person on our team reads the post and decides whether it goes live. Nothing publishes without that human review.
Sources and statistics
- We prefer primary sources — the original report, announcement or policy page — over coverage of them.
- Every statistic links to its source, and the sentence that supports it is checked against the live page before publication.
- We state a figure's scope: who was measured, when, and how.
- Some widely repeated figures trace back to nothing. We keep a list of them and do not cite them.
Claims about our own work
Numbers about Codeable — delivery times, prices, project counts — come from our own delivery record and are labelled as ours. We do not publish client revenue or return-on-investment figures, and we do not name a client without their consent.
Rankings we appear in
When we publish a ranking of companies that includes us, the post says so at the top, states how the entries were chosen and scored, and lists our own trade-offs alongside everyone else's.
The News Desk
News briefs report facts from the primary source and at least one independent report; where only one outlet has reported something, we say who reported it rather than stating it as fact. Our own view is labelled as our read. We criticise decisions, products and policies — never people or motives — and we do not repeat allegations we cannot attribute.
Images
Illustrations are generated with OpenAI image models in our house style and are labelled as AI-generated in each file's metadata. They never depict real people, products or logos. Charts are drawn from the cited data, never generated as pictures.
Corrections
If a post contains an error, we correct it within 24 hours of confirming it. The post shows the date it was updated and a short note saying what changed; we do not edit silently, and we never change a post's original publication date. If a claim cannot be substantiated, we take the post down first and investigate second.
To report an error, email inquiries@gocodeable.com with the subject “Correction” and a link to the post.
