About the role
Codeable is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, starting outbound conversations, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will work closely with the internal team to understand Codeable’s software development services, target the right prospects, and help build a strong pipeline of business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, comfortable with cold outreach, and excited to grow in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development. As part of the team, you will contribute to the full sales development process, from prospect research and outreach to follow ups, CRM updates, and meeting scheduling.
What you'll do
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales activities
- Conduct cold calls and cold email outreach to potential clients
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Research target companies, industries, and decision makers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales team
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activities in CRM or sales tools
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand service offerings and client needs
- Support business development campaigns and outreach strategies
What you bring
- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cold calling and outbound sales outreach
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Confidence in speaking with prospects and starting conversations
- Basic understanding of software development services is a plus
- Experience using CRM or sales tools is a plus

- Experience selling software development services
- Experience working with international clients
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management
