About the role
As a Cold Caller at Codeable, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing our software development services, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the business development team. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify potential opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects. What you'll do

- Qualify leads and identify business opportunities
- Schedule meetings for the business development team
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails

- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth
What you bring
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of email and LinkedIn communication
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
